Our wedding will be in Lyons, Colorado. For accommodation, you can:

1. Book a WeeCasa Tiny Home
   • An absolute classic. Cheapest & easiest. Located on the same property as our wedding.
   • There are around 90-120 spots available in the tiny home village, depending on how much you’d like to squeeze (we’re expecting ~120 guests total).
   • We’ve booked them all out (for you). See instructions below for how to get in on the action.
2. Do something else
   • Very cool of you.
   • If you do something else, you’ll need to book it yourself. It’s a busy time of year, so if you want to guarantee a spot, we recommend booking as soon as you can.
   • For those who want to be at the wedding, but not too at the wedding, there are two other cabin options close by:
     • Stone Mountain Lodge: 5 min drive from wedding venue, 4/22 cabins available as of August 2024 (varying sizes)
     • Riverside Cabins: 7 min drive from wedding venue, 2/10 one-bedroom cabins available as of August 2024
   • Airbnb has a few options within a 30 minute drive. As with the cabins, these will book out quickly.
   • There’s tent camping / RV sites at LaVern M Johnson Park, located just across the creek from the wedding venue. They have reservation and walk in options.

Instructions for booking a tiny home

There are 22 tiny homes on-site at the wedding venue, with a total capacity of around 90 (existing beds) to 120 (existing beds + air mattresses). We’ve booked out all of them for the wedding.

The tiny homes range from 2 people to 6 people in size (with extra flex room if you want to squeeze air mattresses in).

Take a look at the options below. The weecasa.com links take you to a page for each home where you can see photos and stuff.

If you’re a group: Pick the home from those below that best fits your group, and then fill in this form (one submission per person): https://forms.gle/jQc1nyn52gvghkZ28

If you’re a solo adventurer: Take a look at the people who have put their name against a home below, and if there’s anyone you know there, feel free to reach out to them to see if you can join their group. If not, don’t worry at all, just fill out this form and we’ll allocate you to a suitable dwelling: https://forms.gle/jQc1nyn52gvghkZ28

Once we have everyone’s preferences, we’ll run a bespoke closed-source algorithm to sort you into homes based on whichever configuration best maximizes joy. We’ll then reach out to confirm with you, and give you info on how to pay (it should be around $60 USD/person/night).

➡️ You may not get your first pick, and you may also have your group combined/split, such that you may be sharing a home with another wedding guest who you don’t yet know. Just let us know in the form above if you have any strong preferences around this. Trading places is fine. And if you’re uncomfortable at all with the allocation, we’ll very likely be able to find an alternative solution.
